There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.
So please take a moment to read my most recent client testimonials. I hope it best speaks to my commitment, experience, and integrity, as well as demonstrating what a true pleasure it is for me in assisting people with their real estate needs.
We chose Melissa due to her knowledge and expertise of the real estate business and her professional style. She was very helpful with staging suggestions both interior and exterior and providing us with market information and statistics. My husband being in the roofing business has worked with Melissa on her clients' property for sale, etc. He had numerous contacts with other Realtors but chose Melissa due to the fact that she always followed through with what she said and never overstated what the actual situation was. With her ability to handle many items simultaneously and within the stated time allotted, we felt she had the best qualifications to handle our home sale. Our home was only on the market for 1 month. We like the fact that there were so many avenues (websites) for buyers to research homes and Coldwell Banker provided that exposure. The result gave us a great number of viewings every week and we were amazed that we were accepting an offer in such a short time. We were very happy with her explanations and clarifications on the offers we received and she wasn't afraid to negotiate to the last dollar on the table.
